Can you get my money back from the scammer?
A short answer is It depends.
The idea is that if we find the scammers true location (city of residence) through Western Union records, we can contact the scammer (through email) and explain to her all the legal actions that are currently being taken against her (Western Union complaints, Embassy complaints, police complaint and Ministry of Internal Affairs complaint). We will also add that you plan advertise her identity and her actions in her local newspapers, for all her friends, relatives and neighbors to see. We will urge the scammer to return you the money before any of those measures went into full effect.
If the scammer agrees to return the money, we will arrange the transfer of the money back to you. If she does not cooperate, then we can proceed with placing information about her in local newspapers, as well as other options. This way even if she does not return money to you, she receives great humiliation from the media.
- in a local newspaper expended news regarding the scammer's deed and his name, eventually a picture too (this will be published only in the town, where the scammer lives) price - 500 euros
- in a national newspaper expended news regarding the scammer's deed and his name, eventually a picture too (this will be published in a newspaper popular in most of the Romanian cities) price - 1000 euros
- on a local tv station on the best rated news reports , a report which will clarify the scammer's deed, a description of the way in which he operated, his full name and an attempt to interview him - 2000 euros
-on a national tv station on the best rated news reports , a report which will clarify the scammer's deed, a description of the way in which he operated, his full name and an attempt to interview him - 4000 euros
The prices charged are big because we cannot afford to appeal to these methods daily, this kind of news only being repeated once in every 2-3 months.
